仕事内容

THE ROLE:

Finance Manager will provide strategic partnership for Japan’s retail business and be responsible for overall finance and accounting while ensuring compliance to applicable policies and procedures.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

•Manage Monthly/Yearly closing on SAP Business One
•Cooperate with HQ and group companies for IC transactions and SOX controls
•Manage cash flow
•Create budget and provide analysis for regular reporting as well as any ad-hoc projects
•Liaise with internal and external auditors, as well as tax consultant
•Provide strong partnership to County Manager and supervise local finance team (1-2 staffs)
•Ad-hoc support to retails stores and corporate members such as setup for store opening, global compliance project etc.

応募条件

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

•Minimum 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities.
•Managed a small team (1~2 staffs)
•Experience in fashion, and/or retail industry is a must, luxury industry would be a plus
•A great team player with strong interpersonal skills and flexible mindset
•Proficient in Excel
•Knowledge of SAP
•Fluent in Japanese, business level in English
