- ■MISSION STATEMENT
・Achieve a consistent level of Visual Merchandising to convey updated brand message and ensure brand desirability and best optimized store environment
・Taking decisions for display and provide right guidance to the stores with commercial agility to maximize sales opportunities
・Train store VM/VM coordinators throughout the year to ensure consistency of visual image
■MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
・In the stores of the assigned area, manage the zoning plan and product rotations
・Visit the stores to give the on-the-job training to the store VM/VM coordinators and communicate with the store manager on a daily basis
・Manage the new openings and renewal openings in cooperation with RM/Store Manager and store VM/VM coordinators to support sales
・Give a category visual direction for Japan market in line with MD strategies to all stores
・Manage new product launch in assigned categories and closely work with the category merchandisers

- ■Key Requirements
・5+ years of work experience in the field of VMD
・Experience with luxury brands is a must
・Communication skills is a must
・Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Skill for Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus
