•Report to GM, with responsibility to define and lead the strategic merchandise assortment for the assigned category.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
•To maximize growth and profitability to meet planned financial goals.

FIELD OF STUDY: Fashion and Textiles, Fashion Technology
EXPERIENCE
NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
•YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Min 6 relevant years of experience which 3 years in managerial level
•Know retail operations well and able to communicate directly with stores, knowing their needs and intention
•Strong leadership, able to coach and mentor
•Native Japanese and Fluent English
