仕事内容

【JOB PURPOSE】

This position is responsible for achieving sales targets of Ladies Large Leathergoods for all Boutiques/Shops by executing Buying and Retail Merchandising activities working closely with Headquarters and Japan Retail Functions.
Analyzes the distinctive features of the market in terms of sales, trends, and characteristics of the clientele in order to acquire an extensive understanding of the market and to remain constantly up to date.

•Be responsible for buying process, in line with the selection of Headquarters Master Order
•Handle replenishment and rebalance products
•Analyze the sales performance and sell-through, supervise the local market to ensure the right management of the stock and the proper replenishment.
•Work closely with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Department
•Participate in periodical Store Managers'Meeting
•Work closely with Visual Merchandising Team to ensure the brand image in the shops.
