SUMMARY
As the brand grows further in size, it is important to rebuild a more efficient shop network.
and to imagine new areas of business. This position will be responsible for negotiating better locations in department stores for future expansion of the brand, as well as negotiating with vendors for future flagship store.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
【Your opportunity】
Lead business development in Japan, working closely with the Retail Director/ General
Manager to improve the efficiency of the regional store network.
【How you will contribute】
-Negotiate strongly with the Landlord on openings/expansions/relocations/closures to optimize the DOS and outlet/travel retail store network in Japan.
-Analysis productivity in the local market.
-Build strong relationships with department stores and landlords. -Actively seek out new business opportunities
【TEAM STRUCTURE & RESSOURCES】
-Work with all functions of Retail, Merchandising, and Client engagement
-Work with HQ Retail performance team.

応募条件

QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 10 years proven experience in retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
-Good communicative skills with high negotiation skills
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead
-Creative, proactive, detals-minded and with good problem-solving skills.
-Strong network of department stores and land loads in the luxury and fashion brand space
-Resourceful and possess strong communication skills, excellent command of Japanese and English.(Preferable)
