【Job Summary】
Import and Export of Products. Any necessary administrative procedures including quality check when HWJ receives imports from NY/Geneva, or when returning them to NY/Geneva.
Quality and Inventory control, Domestics distribution, Stock management, Certificates request, Certificates distribution and other equipment management are also responsible.
Additionally, security transportation arrangement of each event.

【Duty and Responsibilities】
◆Responsible for daily import and export of products. Any necessary administrative procedure including correspondences with ◆NY/Geneva logistics team.
◆Quality Assurances for Jewelry and Watch.
◆Distribution to each local salon.
◆Inventory control.
◆Certificate control (Order and distribution).
◆Security transportation arrangement.
◆Daily vault management.

応募条件

◆English – at least, be able to read and reply e-mail in English.
◆Basic knowledge of Import and Export
◆Basic knowledge of Jewelry and Watches
◆Microsoft Excel (mid-level)
◆Experience in jewelry industry and/or Logistics field is preferable.
◆Obtaining GIA, G.G. is also preferable.
