仕事内容

◆Key accountabilities:
The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for all Clienteling-related activities in Brand. Managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. They will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. The coordinator will collaborate with various internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for business growth. Additionally, they will support the development and implementation of client retention strategies to maximize client loyalty and long-term partnerships.

◆A Team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

◆Flexible and open-minded, with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

◆Proficient in English, able to interact with Milan headquarters and international clientele

◆Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales and customer service tools.

◆Passion for luxury brands, products, and experiences.
