◆Role mission
Contact Strategy & Client Insight Coordinator is a pivotal position within Gucci, accountable for contact strategy and client insight focusing to elevate the customer experience in Client Engagement team.

Reporting to the Contact Strategy & Client Insight Sr Manager, she/he will be responsible for managing/operating activities related to client’s contact strategy, also manage to extract/operate the client database to support the analysis and reports of clients from all channels to as to define the business opportunity.

応募条件

◆Minimum 2-3 years experiences of CRM or Client related activities
◆Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (Native Japanese and Business English)
◆Experience of client data extraction and reporting
◆Familiar with big database and MS Office software
◆Experience in providing insights and consultancy, a plus
◆Luxury and/or fashion experience, a plus
◆Retail experience, a plus
◆Resilient, agile, self-starter and open-minded
