仕事内容

◆Reporting & Data Management
Create daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad hoc business reports and support to create business presentations to Commercial VP, GM, and HQ in Italy
Manage data of Sales, retail KPIs, FTE, Clienteling, and etc efficiently to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment

◆Analysing and Forecasting Business
Analyse business, identify risks or bottleneck problems, propose short term and long-term actions, and forecast sales and KPIs
Monitor the impact of special projects and retail actions on business through quantitative and qualitative data

◆Supporting RPE Manager
Assist him/her to create effective sales & KPI targets and incentive programs and to simulate their sales impact and incentive pay-out
Support him/her to plan FTE, evaluate the performance of sales staff, and analyse store organization

◆Communication
Act as a liaison between business functions, and contribute to the internal communication with key stakeholders

応募条件

◆Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting and data management with clear understanding of retail key performance indicators

◆Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

◆Team worker, autonomy, proactive, problem solving, analytical skills

◆Experience in international environment is a must

◆Fluent in English and in Japanese (Italian and/or French is a plus)
