仕事内容

同社Product Manager として、下記の業務をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】
■Product Management
・Make up to plan and execute new product launch from both operation side and strategic side
・prepare marketing platform with product concept, launch strategy, launch support co-operating with other departments
■Leading Cross category projects
・promotion consolidation & impact analysis
・any other project to contribute to the brand
・analyze competitor’s activities.
・propose new product development proposal with research／understanding of market trend to MOP & Central.
・prepare necessary POSM (tester, sample, dummy) and decide counter display with VMD.
・prepare product collateral materials such as consumer leaflets, handouts with creative department.
etc.

【必須要件】※下記のいずれも必須
■消費財業界でのプロダクトマーケティング経験
■PCスキル（Powerpoint、Word、Excel）
■英語力（TOEIC 850点相当）※ライティングとスピーキングの両方ができるレベルであること

■化粧品市場（メイクアップカテゴリー）経験
