Recruiting
- Sourcing the talents in the market
- Work with agencies to find the senior level candidates
- Advise hiring manager regarding JD, hiring process and criteria
- Search the new channel of recruiting

Learning and Development
- Support developing the learning program for office with HRD
- Plan and execute the talent mapping and succession planning
- Plan and execute the training plan for office key positions
- Work with global team to develop and execute the L&D actions

応募条件

Experience:
- Position requires minimum of 5-7 years of relevant progressive HR or HRBP experience.
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
