Department: Legal Department
Title: Lead Data Privacy
〈KEY RESPONSIBILITIES〉
・Establish internal practices to comply with Japan's revised Personal Information Protection Law (“APPI”) .
・Collaborate with security staff to respond to inquiries in the company.
・Implement APPI measures on vendors, suppliers, and other external organizations.
・Create and maintain records of APPI responses.
・Review and update various policies, contracts, etc.
・Support for data incident response
・Handle inquiries from public agencies such as police, tax office, National Tax Agency to disclose personal data.
・Record management related to o disclosure of personal data
・Liaison with internal stakeholders
・Administrative work in relation to orchestration of privacy initiatives.
・Support implementation of compliance training
・Preparation of training materials for Japan market (including adaptation of materials )
・Record maintenance of training implementation, etc.
・Liaison with global and internal stakeholders

応募条件

＜Required qualifications＞
・At least 3 years of experience in privacy/compliance filed in companies
・Certification showing proficiency in data privacy (e.g. 個人情報保護士)
・Language: English (Advanced level: TOEIC 900 or above)
・Basic operation of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
・Understanding of security/IT
・Proofreading and writing skills
・Experience of project management/coordination within international companies
