仕事内容

Accountabilities
Propose the assortment review to the Central Merchandising twice a year for J&W during the buying sessions
Propose/Request assortment changes based on sales analysis
Propose special, temporary assortments according to local needs
Monitor competition assortments creating trend reports and providing competitive analysis and researches
Constantly liaise with store managers collecting feedbacks on products and on customer reactions
Work closely with local Visual Merchandising
Guide/drive the definition of rules for all POS assortments managing a product merchandising plan
Manage product packages defined by Central Merchandising in cooperation
Provide feedbacks to Central Merchandising on Local Merchandising needs
Work with store managers to define the assortment in the store
Support the building of a merchandising culture for all POS
Participates in the buying sessions

Required Skills and Qualification
At least 2 years in a comparable marketing managerial position preferably for luxury products.
Business Level of English
Office computing skill and internal system knowledge such as Power BI, SAP etc.
Good Presentation Skill
Project management techniques
Good analytical skill
