仕事内容

◆This position is responsible for planning and executing all merchandising functions including
　managing sales, seasonal purchase, inventory, product delivery and training, so as to achieve
　 sales　and profit targets based on the seasonal business plan.

・Support Merchandising Senior Manager in planning and executing merchandising activities for LG
　category.
・Plan and execute seasonal issues, including launch, mark-downs, stock transfer, etc.
・Manage inventory, delivery and re-order situation to ensure a healthy and appropriate mix and
　stock　level is maintained.
・Compose relative sales report and analysis
・Monitor sales and sell-through situation and initiate appropriate business strategies to liquidate
　 stock in　order to achieve sales target.
・Work closely with internal/external stake holders to promote business opportunities and ideas.
・Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
・Provide seasonal product training and fashion trend information to the front-line staff.

応募条件

◆Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in merchandising/buying in fashion industry, international luxury　retail companies and LG category experience would be preferred.
◆High learning agility, action oriented and self-initiative
◆Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
◆Good analytical skills for sales monitoring
◆Excellent presentation and communication skills
◆Strong fashion and market sense
◆Bachelor’s degree or above
◆English/Japanese business level
◆Proficient Excel and system s
