仕事内容

◆Service and Experience Management of“ConnectedExperience”digital tools used at physical store to enhance the our client experience.
・Strategic planning of the connected experience developed byGlobal team.
・Define the roll-out calendar and maintain timely execution.
・Lead the launch process including importati,clarify any legal,IT and/orCRM data connectivity issues concerned around the experience.
・Collect internal and external feedbacks and summarise post-launch results.Monitor theKPI and implement the improvement actions.

◆Outpost Event Management
・Ensure smooth and coordinated event logistics for commercial event atDepartmentStore and some animations at a specific stand-aloneBoutique.
・Identify and recruit new vendors and partners for betterUXandROI.

◆SPM Management
・Forecasting of promotional materials needed for the events and connected experiences.
・Liaise with Supply team and other corresponding teams to ensure the timely shipment of required quantities to the event/store.

応募条件

◆Fluent in Japanese and intermediate level of English for business communication
◆3+ years of marketing or retail-marketing experience in retail industry
◆Strong MS Office competency
◆Presentation and data analysis skills
◆IT literacy and CRM analytic skills
◆Prior experience in luxury beauty, fashion or watch & fine jewellery brand is
an advantage
