Role & Responsibility
・Manage/Lead Japan AIGLE Marketing according to Global and Local Strategy
・Manage multi marketing area to drive brand value and sales *esp. Top line
(Digital Marketing/CRM/Loyalty Program/PR & Press/Trade Marketing)
・Japan Marketing planner with data driven point of view / all actions deliver impact to financial of the business
・Build up the action plan according to global plan and make it Japanese market
・Connected fashion market and trends
・Maximize brand desirability, awareness, and turnover on B2C/B2B + Digital
・Build up the brand equity as premium brand through Marketing activities
・Set and execute specific figure target to reach the sales target of LTP 2025 strategy
・Brand Ownership to lead other division

KPI
・Maximize Brand Desirability / Awareness through marketing activities measure through brand equity tracking.
・Knowing Fashion trend and younger consumer as target recruitment
・Plan and Optimize marketing budget to maximize ROI (Sales/Traffic)

・As Marketing Manager, over 5 years experiences that working for Fashion/Outdoor Sports brand in Japan market
・Financial point of view to create marketing strategy
・Deep communication and understanding with MD Planning team & Sales team
・Rich knowledge and experiences for marketing planning with scientific data drive on fashion/sports apparel, footwear, bags, Kids,
・International company experience
・Fluent English and Japanese communication
