- As part of the Human Resources team, you will support retail team by hiring new staffs, managing employee relations and other various topics related to stores being the good partner of the retail managers.
■SUPPORT THE BUSINESS by:
Being the business partner for Retail managers:
In charge of approximately 12 stores/corners mainly on West side of Japan.
Coordinate and challenge organization plans (employee store transfer, promotions, demotions)
Manage monthly/annual headcounts.
Manage hiring interviews and processes.
Handle Employee related issues. - 勤務地

Previous experience in HR Business Partner field
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Business Oriented and interest in luxury / fashion
Strong sense of responsibilities
