- 【MISSION】
Reporting to Senior Manager and work with Senior Buyer, serve as the principal country
leader in developing buying strategies of respective brand that establish and grow the brands.
【CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES】
1 Develops buying strategies for the brands and products and plans consistent with the goals of the brand and the Country.
2 Develop the brands' and products' sales through implementation of strategies for products sales and coordination, work closely with retail operation teams.
3 Based on the considerable knowledge and expertise about the market, work closely with HQ for the buying of competitive products.
4 Develops processes to seek out and take advantage of customer and market opportunities to grow sales for retail business in Japan.
5 Builds effective relationships within the Company at a global and local level to secure resources.
6 Leads, grows, and develops a country buying team across respective shops. - 勤務地
